Shipping
Items ordered by 1:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after
1:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Thursday, will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m.
CST on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday. In addition, any order placed on
a holiday will not be processed until the next business day. We offer Standard Shipping (5-7 business days
within the continental U.S., 7-10 days outside of the continental U.S.), Express Shipping (3-4 business days) and
Rush Shipping (1-2 business days). Only Standard Shipping is available outside of the continental U.S.
Return Policy
* Any item may be returned (or exchanged) within 7 days for a full refund, minus S&H, if all labels and tags are
still attached and the item has not been worn, damaged or altered in any way, and is in its original condition.
* After 7 days, an item may be returned for store credit only, if tags are still attached and item has not been worn,
damaged or altered, and is in its original condition.
* Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
* A return form is included with every order. Please fill out form completely and enclose it with the item you are
returning. We suggest shipping the package back with a tracking number as we are not responsible for
packages lost in shipping.
* No returns or exchanges of any kind after 30 days.
Exchange Policy
To make an exchange, please follow these instructions:
1. You must place a new order online to ensure the item you want in exchange is available at that time.
2. Then, simply fill out the return form that was sent with your original item and send it to us along with the
original item. You must include your new order number on this form to ensure that your exchange will be
accepted and to make sure you receive the proper credit for the return of your original item.
3. When your original item is received, we will notify you via email and issue you a credit if all the above
conditions have been met. Please refer to the above Return Policy guidelines.
